• As and when required, manage the end to end process in setting up overseas entity(ies) covering local taxation and regional labour laws etc. of overseas subsidiary;
• Govern the activities related to company secretarial services;

Qualifications and Experience:

• At least a Diploma/ Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent;
• Chartered Accountancy certification is an advantage;

• Prior hands-on experience in a regional environment shall be highly desired;
• Hands-on experience with accounting software, preferably Tally;
