8) Ability to manage a hosting environment, including database administration as well as scaling applications to handle load change

Job Description & Requirements

• · Raise PO as per required from construction site.
• · Meets with vendors to negotiate improved pricing, product quality, and delivery.
• · Review deliveries against the orders.
• · Track the status of any orders.
• · Deal with non supplied, under orders, over orders and damaged goods.
• · Ensure that any invoices are sent to accounts for payment. Produce and maintain all reports.
• Some of Admin job
• Any other duties when assigned.

Job Requirements:
- Diploma or above

- 5.5 days per week
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin in order to communicate and engage with Mandarin speaking customers
- Willingness to learn & committed to accomplish datelines
