KPI and Job Descriptions

Position: BIM Modeller

1. Create BIM content and extracting production documents for the purpose of delivering a BIM assisted project.

2. Ensure that the 3D model is modelled according to standards and goals in the BEP and BIM project workflow requirements.

3. Assist BIM coordinators in creating BIM models for projects.

4. Assist in building basic BIM libraries and create Revit families.

5. Produce BIM model deliverables for design, documentation, and FM purpose.

6. Ensure that BIM models are delivered with professionalism in terms of quality, due diligence, and timeliness.

7. Prepare models for clash detection analysis and coordination.

8. Create work-sets/zones in specific disciplines according to BEP.

9. Identify issues for BIM coordinators where discrepancies occur during production.

10. Ensure BIM models are modelled with the correct BIM parameters and attributes for BIM assisted quantification.

Minimum requirement:

Knowledge in Revit, Bentley and Naviswork software

Nitec/Diploma/Specialist Diploma in BIM, engineering, structural or architectural-related discipline

Ability to work independently and efficiently to achieve BIM deliverables as per requirements timely.

Requirements:
