The Chinese Media Group (CMG) is seeking a highly motivated Senior/Brand Executive (Radio Promo) to join its Branding & Marketing (B&M) team. Qualifications

Reporting to Head, Community Partnerships and Engagement, you will be working closely with the editorial teams of the various titles within the Chinese Media Group (CMG) to drive our audience engagement via membership programme, events and community partnerships.

Responsibilities:

• Explore, identify, negotiate and manage community partnerships to create strategic value for the CMG and its stakeholders
• Assist to lead, drive and manage team members in their projects, including events and membership engagements
• Conceptualise and copy-edit communication materials for our members
• Enrich the programme by driving more synergies with CMG’s existing and new partners and advertisers

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 10 years of relevant work experience in editorial work and audience engagement, and at least 5 years in a supervisory role; familiarity with the media industry and experience in a similar capacity, including events and programme management would be advantageous.
• Proficient in English and Chinese, both written and spoken, as this role supports Chinese publications. Good copywriting and editing skills in Chinese is a must.

Job Description

• Consistently maintain regular observation and evaluation of infant/toddler’s development and growth progress
• Ensure safety of each child through close supervision, whether in the classroom setting, play area, or any other areas within the school compound
• Perform childcare / infant care routines in a prompt and hygienic manner that is consistent with the early years child development practices. These routines include diapering, feeding, bathing, hand washing, napping and transitioning between activities
• Maintain daily journal of milk feeds, solid feeds, diapering, etc., in accordance to relevance for each age group (Babies, Junior and Senior Infants)
• Plan and implement engaging learning experiences/exploration

Qualifications
