• Liaise with client with regards to the project and follow up on new projects.

• Administer all export of goods and ensure compliance with all organizational policies and procedures, monitor & manage all communication with all distributors assigned to his/her.
• Responsible for assigned markets and developing the markets strategically in accordance with the company’s business plan
• Managing and reviewing the marketing budgets for the assigned markets, to account for sales growth and profitability of the markets.
• Develop and improves business relationship with assigned customers, while protecting the company’s interests
• Expand customer contact base through overseas trade shows.

Required Skill(s):

• Multiple years’ experience in the F&B export business.
• A basic understanding of exporting administration as well as credit control.
• Motivation to learn and catch up latest market/geopolitical trends in each region and re-strategize sales practices accordingly.

Job Responsibilities:

• To be integrated and familiarized with the business and types of roles to refer
• Approaching potential candidates of the public within assigned locations
• Build positive relationships with candidate and ensure they are well taken cared of during the recruitment process
• Assist HR in overall engagement activities on-site
• Provide relevant details of potential profiles to recruitment team to process them accordingly
• Review recruitment activities with Recruitment & Retention Manager
• Assist in other HR ad-hoc related tasks

• Ability to collaborate and work closely with HR partners to achieve set goals
• Willing to travel to multiple locations
