Job Description

The Sales & Marketing Executive will have the overall responsibility for developing and implementing omni-channel sales and marketing strategies and initiatives in the Singapore market, working closely in a lean team of four: Two Sales & Marketing Executives, Marketing & E-commerce Executive and General Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Operations

• Manage and operate online (brand website and marketplaces) and offline (department stores) sales channels
• Maintain strong long-term relationships with key accounts and partners
• Plan and execute sales promotions and campaigns
• Analyze and review sales targets and performance
• Ensure product assortment is fully optimized and inventory is apportioned amongst key accounts
• Perform monthly retail store visits and stock checks
• Manage a team of retail sales promoters
• Handle customer enquiries together with the team - marketplaces, emails, phone calls and face-to-face interactions

Marketing

• Synchronize with Sales and Marketing team to plan and execute effective marketing campaigns
• Develop strategies to drive customer engagement, acquisition, and retention

Requirements

• 2 years of Sales, Marketing and E-commerce experience, preferably involving Consumer Goods/Retail
• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business related fields
• Good communication skills
• Good command of the English language; proficiency in Chinese would be an advantage
• Willingness to work in a small team
• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility
• Result-driven and self-motivated
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a dynamic environment

The Sales Executive Role

• Identify prospective customers and maintain customer network through personal sourcing, leads from existing clients, and events attendance
• Provide quality sales and consultation services for company’s range of homeware products such as water and air purifiers
• Recommend appropriate products based on analyses of customers' needs and technical knowledge of product features
• Sell and arrange for delivery, installation, and after sales services
• Build strong rapport and provide excellent service to customers

Skill Requirements

Estimated Salary: $4000 to $10,000 (including fixed basic pay and variable pay depending on performance)

Job Purpose:

You shall be responsible for the speech language programme for students &/or trainees with oral communication challenges including evaluation of all students &/or trainees with suspected or identified communication disorders and the development, management and coordination of a speech and language programme, including difficulty in swallowing.

Key Responsibilities:

Consultation

• Provide professional inputs to support understanding of clients’ speech, language and communication difficulties to teachers, parents/caregivers, professional staff, administrators and the public.
• Participate in collaborative problem-solving to assist teachers, parents / caregivers, professional staff and administrators with practical ideas and recommendations in the setting of goals, selection and design of intervention programs, etc.

Assessment

• Provide screening, identification, assessment, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up services for students/trainees with speech and language disorders.
• Measure outcomes of treatment and conduct continuous evaluation
• Identify effective practices and programs to improve and enhance quality of
• services.
• Able to apply formal and informal modes of assessment.
• Maintain efficient client records and documentation. i.e. Assessment reports filing in students’ confidential file.

Treatment Strategies

• Implement intervention program based on assessment, interpretation and planning.

Discharge Planning

• The Speech and Language Therapists should write a discharge based on the following:
• Documented evidence showing that the student has achieved all the objectives or the students can no longer benefit from the therapy.
• The student to be discharge from therapy services if he/she leaves the school.
• Recommend other services, if applicable to the student and other family members.
• Refer and write a discharge summary, if necessary, when the student is going to another service or an APSN School.

Training and Support

• Train and support teachers, caregivers and other communication partners of individuals with speech, language, communication difficulties.
• Mentor and supervise of support personnel.

Job Requirements:

• Recognized degree in Speech Pathology from accredited college/ university
• Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant work experience ranging from children to young adults with intellectual disability would be an advantage
• Ability to work with independently and with minimum supervision
• Valid practising certificate with Allied Health Professional Council (AHPC)
• Entry level candidates who recently completed the studies in Speech Pathology are welcome to apply. We will provide AHPC supervision requirements and support.
