Responsibilities

1) Invoicing:

Responsibilities:

• Present product and solution in response to customer enquiries and problems
• Market research, analysis and competition to formulate product strategy
• Design and manage product communications including external and internal feature announcements, use case, reference materials and press releases
• Manage storage products, and responsible for the whole process from demand, spec, design, development, testing to mass production
• Analyse, troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Work with R&D and other cross-functional counterparts to drive development of advanced features and technology

• Degree/Diploma in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Microelectronics or related major
• Good presentation and communication skills, excellent in written and spoken English and Chinese
• at least 4 years of product (SSD) or project management experience
• Familiar with Windows and Linux operating system preferably, if have
• Ability to work independently and as a team, with strong analytical and multitasking skills

SAP IBP Architect – Singapore

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Solution Design, end-to-end architecting with SAP IBP, ECC and S/4
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience leading solution design activities for IBP projects
• Experience/background in designing and managing supply chain processes.
• Experience monitoring projects and managing course corrections as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle and manage full set of accounts
• Perform month-end and year end closing and its reporting pack with analytics
• Responsible for the month end & year end reporting and fund accounting (for YE statutory purposes)
• Responsible for other submission eg GST, various Funding agencies reporting, etc
• Fixed assets management
• Prepare and maintain various journal entries, schedules and reconciliation reports
• Assist in the preparation of annual budget including budgetary controls
• Administer banking transactions including internet banking
• Ensure compliance with financial guidelines, accounting standards, corporate governance and other regulatory requirements: company's books are properly kept in accordance with accounting standards and company policies
• Involve in Treasury/Investments and respective updates
• Assist in preparation of presentation (powerpoint) slides when required.
• Any other ad-hoc projects/studies and responsibilities may be assigned, if need be from time to time

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Accounting/Finance, ACCA or its equivalent professional qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in accounting function or related fields
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Meticulous with an aptitude for numbers
• Adept in working under pressure and tight timelines
• Familiar with online/digital/ERP application systems
• Strong team player and receptive to changes
• SAP knowledge and/or with social service sector experience will be an added advantage
