• Maintain utility equipment like Chiller, Cooling tower, cold rooms, air compressors efficiently and reliably and to support production activities.
• Knowledge in instruments like temperature, Humidity sensors calibration.
• Maintain facilities in upright condition.
• Provide response to Alarms from utility equipment timely.
• Any other duties as and when assigned by the Supervisor / Manager

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• NTC / ITC / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or Instrument & Control engineering or its equivalent
• 3 - 5 years of working experience in Utilities and Facilities or electrical/instrumentation field in the Petrochemical or Chemical or Oil & Gas or other related industries
• Simple report writing skills

Preferred qualifications:

• EMA electrician’s license will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of cGMP and good documentation practice will be an advantage.

Qualification & Requirements

1. Assist to execute and maintain the guidelines in internal control.

2. Assist to review and assess the soundness, effectiveness, and proper application of internal controls, compliance procedures and controls and timeliness of document generation.

3. Assist to organize and carry out the internal controls function; maintain and update audit manual, audit scope and audit plan.

4. Work with the team to conduct internal audit, present audit reports and document the internal audit process.

5. Assist with the follow-up of any ad-hoc audits, when required.

6. Support the team to evaluate compliance with existing standards, guidelines, methodologies, policies and procedures; identify and propose changes to existing standards, guidelines, methodologies, policies and procedures to reduce risks and enhance control.

7. Highlight risk management issues and internal control deficiencies identified and work with the team to provide recommendations to improve the entity’s operations.

8. Work with team members from departments and business units to handle risk-related ad-hoc projects, when necessary.

9. Assist to review the responses to internal and external audit results to ensure that recommendations are implemented and all action items are resolved.

10. Assist to evaluate regulatory compliance program.

Requirement:

1. Degree in Accountancy

2. 3 – 5 years of internal audit experience

3. Certified Internal Auditor preferred.

Job Description

• Design, build and maintain webservices to deliver high availability and performance

1. Assist the Group Corporate Treasury functions on daily basis.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Accounting or full ACCA or related field and CPA certified.

2. Able to read and write report in Chinese for reporting to HQ is a must.

3. Possessing financial audit experience in an audit firm is an advantage.

4. Experience in treasury and reporting function is an advantage.

5. Strong hands-on experience in financial and management reporting.

6. Analytical skills in the development of data-driven reports are a plus.
