We are looking for a Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer (Operations) to join us!

Responsibilities:

- Work with Product Owners, internal engineering team and Product Principals to oversee the design, implementation and operation of various tools on-prem/ cloud, including but not limited to:

              • Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager

              • Microsoft SQL

              • Nexthink

              • Scripting in Powershell and VB script

- Manage the change, release, incident, problem management processes.

- Ensure timely handling of requests and queries.

- Lead incident response and recovery by analysing the root cause and submission of RCA report.

- Drive improvement in operation effectiveness by working with other Product owners to implement the logging, monitoring and alerting tools.

Minimum five (7) years of IT experience, with three (3) years’ hands on experience in Project implementation, Microsoft SQL and implementing software management in an enterprise;

- Minimum a year of experience in a Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) is preferred;

- Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate, for demonstrating the technical skills and knowledge of endpoint management and security using Microsoft 365 tools and services.

- Comfortable with a 5-year direct contract

Additional 1 or more certifications:

- DevOps Institute: Site Reliability Engineering Foundation, for demonstrating the skills and knowledge of applying DevOps principles and practices to the endpoint engineering process

- Exam MS-102: Microsoft 365 Administrator: deploys and manages Microsoft 365 and performs Microsoft 365 tenant-level implementation and administration of cloud and hybrid environments

- ITIL 4 Foundation Certification, for demonstrating the skills and knowledge of the ITIL framework and best practices for ITSM.
