1. OBJECTIVE(S)

The role is to design, install, and maintain computer systems and networks. This includes configuring hardware and software, ensuring network security, router, switches, firewall connectivity, troubleshooting infra issues, optimizing network performance, and upgrading systems to meet the evolving needs of the organization.

2. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide onsite network and systems support in any of Ren Ci Hospital’s sites
• Troubleshoot complex network and systems problems and provide recommendations for resolution
• Implement and maintain network security measures, such as firewalls, VPNs, and access control lists (ACLs)
• Create and maintain network documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and procedures
• Support administration of systems (Active Directory, Email) when required
• Manage and monitor IT network assets and inventory (Deployment, service, tech refresh, retirement)
• Responding in a timely manner to support incidents and requests
• Manage vendors for support, repair or break fix services
• Support the execution of network hardware & firmware upgrades with vendors
