You will be reporting to a GM. This role is on a 1 year contract (renewable & convertible).
Key responsibility is supporting the daily administrative and clerical work and data analysis.
- Perform clerical, administrative and general support duties for the whole Asia Pacific Hub
- Service Administrator for Service Business
- Internal Sales Support for administrative work and quotation work
- Data processing & report generations for the Business
skills and experience required
Educational - minimum is O-level, prefer A-level and above.
Must be tech Savvy (strong in excel, powerpoint skill)
Prefer 5 years of admin / data processing experience, relevant to job description
Administrative skills and service minded
Good communication skills
