We’re big advocates of direct-to-consumer brands, and believe in the new world (Post-COVID), consumers buy directly from global brands through digital native storefront, bypassing distributors, wholesalers and retailers. However, in the recent shift of consumer experience, we believe that bringing the product to retail justifies the best use case of this. In fact, we have plans to expand our retail experience through SEA. What you will be doing as a “Retail Sales Executive”
The Role
- To support Store Managers in achieving sales and profitability of the store
- To carry out promotional activities to drive sales
- Ensuring store housekeeping and merchandising standards are achieved
- To ensure proper inventory control of the stores
- To conduct merchandising training for new and existing employees
- To provide excellent face-to-face customer service to customers so that customers’ needs are met
- To perform cashiering duties
- To comply with all operational standards
- Ensuring a safe and clean store environment for team members and customers
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
