JOB DESCRIPTION:

You are responsible for all areas related to Human Resources functions in the areas of recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, training and development as well as updating and maintenance of Human Resources records. Overall responsible for payroll administration matters.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• A degree in Human Resource or business equivalent.

What will I be doing?

As the Senior / Event Services Manager, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

1) Strategy

About the role

This role will report to the Product Director and take charge of managing our air-conditioner products.

As the Product Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic planning, commercialization, and operationalization and drive the growth of your product category. You are involved in full product lifecycle management which includes defining requirements based on customer feedback, market trends, market research, and business goals.
