This person will be accountable to deliver equipment reliability improvement through technical standards mastery, capital expenditure projects and organization capability building.

Your Team

You will report to a Manufacturing Supply Chain Director in Singapore Pioneer Plant. The role will supervise a diverse team of people to drive continuous improvement in equipment capability, closely engaging with multi-functional team within the supply chain. You will directly manage the work plans & personal development of several team members (Process Engineers and Power/Controls/Information systems technicians).

Responsibilities of the role

• Prioritize technical team focus on equipment losses elimination in the production Module (aligning priorities with Operations Leadership)
• Partner with multi-functional team to drive project start-up with excellence
• Coach, develop and set direction for Process Engineers & Power, Controls & Information System (PC&IS) technician
• Build capability in the site through system ownership and Leadership Coaching on-the-floor
• Prioritize and lead operations capital expenditure (Capex) spending
• Build a robust operations technical team for Singapore Pioneer Plant (SPP)

Role requirements

Required

• University Degree in engineering, sciences, or another technical field
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in a technical setting – engineering, manufacturing, R&D etc
• Demonstrated track record of leading transformational change, towards delivering step-changes in capability, efficiency & output results in a manufacturing or technical setting
• Experienced people manager, with strong credentials in talent development and personal coaching. Preferable (not hard point) to have experience with direct report in both Manager and Technician career path
• Influencing & engagement: effective relationship building, communication & influencing skills – upward management & horizontally across multi-functional stakeholders
• Effective English communication skills, both oral and written

Desirable

• Experience in technical project management, involving equipment design or work process improvement towards reliability, quality, operational cost reduction (productivity & maintenance).
• Budget management – Capex for projects, Opex for progressive maintenance of equipment
• Knowledge of P&G Integrated Work System (IWS) or other Manufacturing operational excellence systems (Lean six Sigma, etc)
• Working knowledge or hands-on experience with Power, Controls & Information Systems (PC&IS)
• Prior experience in operational roles

· Manage ATL and BTL campaign materials, marketing communications, and POS production & shop front communications to ensure that we increase our leadership and market share position.

· Understand consumer insights, creating points of competitive/ product differentiation, driving sales, demand generation

· Brief media agencies and manage media buy efficiency to maximize effectiveness. This includes analysis of post marketing results.

· Integrate holistic marketing for ATL, BTL and launches effectively. Measure marketing and media ROI efficiency through media buy reports.

· Co-work with superstore on Customer Relationship Management and co-op program to up-sell Samsung products

· Drive TV/AV product launches and marketing communications materials production, especially during launches, festive promotions.

· Collaborate with Product Marketing Manager for all product positioning, and marketing communications materials adaption

Media and agency management.

· Maximize the marketing impact by developing the new product's integrated communication strategy and marketing KPI in accordance with the business and product strategy.

· Promote continued marketing communication by providing consistent goals and marketing directions to related marketing departments, PR, digital, media, campaigns and etc.

· Communication strategy setting, perform with depth the development of a systematic communication strategy for the new product (or new product line-up) based on the environment analysis of market, competitor and product.

· Campaign planning, drive the creative concept planning of multi-dimensional campaigns that touch various consumer touch points.

· Brand strategy development] Provide a specific direction on the strategy for the product or company's overall brand, brand portfolio and naming or the high-level direction for building a unique brand image.

· Management of integrated marketing program] Manage to provide the directions such as marketing programs' messages, marketing directions and performance management so that various marketing activities (PR, customer communication materials, events and etc.) can be carried out within a consistent message and a consistent tone and manner.

· May lead a small team of professionals with limited control over budget spending or HR management such as recruiting or dismissal and supervises mentoring and coaching for team members

· Enhances or Improves methods or procedures and provides coaching to team members to ensure successful outcome

· Bachelor degree in the field of business management, marketing or equivalent.

· At least 10 years of work experience, preferably in brand marketing

· Experienced in managing a team of direct reports.

· Strong Customer Focus and effective in planning and organizing.
