This is a role for a senior manager at Vice President level within the Global Transfer Agency operational unit and reporting into the APAC functional head. The candidate will have people management and oversight governance responsibility.

JOB PURPOSE

Develops detailed EPC plans and schedules for assigned work areas/packages, ensuring integration with the overall project schedule. This includes identifying all key elements of the EPC schedule and linking them to their predecessors and successors to construct a robust project timeline. Additionally, monitors the progress of the work, providing regular forecasts and updates to the EPC schedule.

Leadership:

Leads and motivates multi-disciplinary teams to excel. Offers insights to the Project Manager for the joint development of crucial strategies and plans. Makes prompt decisions and eliminates obstacles in the project as they arise. Engages in meetings with leadership and project sponsors. Advocates for and champions HSSEQ initiatives during all project stages.

Stakeholder management:

Engages with client representatives and other stakeholders of the project to ensure alignment of goals and objectives. Acts as the primary contact point for the client on all matters related to the assigned work areas/package. Provides regular reporting to the Project Manager and the company's management.

Team and resource:

Defines the resource requirements for the team on the project and fosters cohesiveness and collaboration to maximize their performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical discipline.

Post graduate qualifications will be considered a plus.

Minimum 10-15 years of experience in Oil and Gas industry.

Minimum 10-15 years of experience in EPC projects or equivalent.

This role is a 12 month contract role based in Singapore. Work experience in Gaming Industry/Verticle/Domain is a must have.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with various departments to solve operational issues encountered by partners.
• Manage daily operations, including handling inquiries, ensuring compliance, resolving escalations, and managing contract-related activities.
• Perform internal operational tasks such as report preparation, outcome tracking, and updating internal teams and partners.
• Serve as an internal advocate, aligning partner needs with policy and platform teams.
• Become the team’s expert on operational policies and procedures.
• Proactively seek and implement improvements to the partner experience through clear communication and educational resources.

Requirements:

• Must Fluency in English and either Korean, Mandarin, or Vietnamese to effectively engage with clients and counterparts in these market.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• At least 3-4 years of experience in online operations, customer success, account management, or project management within the Technology/Gaming sectors.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex issues.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across various management levels.
• In-depth understanding of internet technologies and operational workflows.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for detailed data analysis and reporting.
• Technical aptitude, with knowledge of tools, IT languages, and systems being a plus.
