• Meet individual targets as per own BSC and attend all relevant meetings/trainings.
• Understand the profile/needs of clients well to be able to match LGT’s offering with client requirements.
• Meet the day-to-day servicing requirements of all clients (e.g. execute client transactions timely, ensure minimal errors, avoid complaints, avoid trading errors).
• Make recommendations to Relationship Managers related to client portfolio opportunities and manage the costs in a sensible and entrepreneurial manner.
• Understand and use LGT’s platform and offering responsibly, ensuring resources (e.g. Investment Services, Wealth Planning, Credit, Trading & Treasury, PBA Portal) are used effectively.
• Train and help new ARM / new team member on system and day-to-day tasks and responsibilities.
• Support of marketing events/ functions.
• Serve as a brand ambassador for the culture and values of LGT Group during interaction with clients/stakeholders and in public behavior.

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree holder of business/banking/finance or relevant discipline
• Prior experience in Private Banking industry and knowledge on Avaloq system is a plus
• Team player, understands the importance of collaboration and is committed to service delivery excellence
• Excellent communication skills, confident corresponding with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience in supporting Korean-speaking and/or Thai-speaking clients

This Senior Executive/Manager position in Business & Sales encompasses four key responsibilities:

1. Identify, research, and develop new business opportunities.
2. Assist in setting up and organizing new businesses or organizations to support new ventures.

4. Drive sales volume and develop new accounts for assigned products within the MMS BU.

New Product Development:

• Conduct market surveys to identify new business opportunities.
• Build relationships with vendors (manufacturers).
• Assist management in developing business proposals to secure distributorship.
• Oversee business/organization set-up for approved proposals and collaborate with subsidiaries on marketing new products/services.

Sales Role:

• Identify and meet potential/existing customers to explore sales opportunities.
• Visit job sites to understand customer requirements and propose solutions.
• Prepare quotations and deliver product/application presentations to customers.
• Maintain accurate sales activity records in the company CRM.
• Conduct monthly sales reviews and submit performance reports.
• Monitor market share and competitor activities to take necessary actions.
• Conduct marketing activities to promote and enhance product brand and image through trade shows, advertisements, direct mailings, sales seminars, etc.

Subsidiaries Sales Support/Marketing Role:

• Collaborate closely with subsidiaries’ sales teams to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Ensure subsidiaries have effective sales management systems in place.
• Provide training on product and application knowledge to subsidiaries' sales teams.
• Conduct joint visits with subsidiaries to review business development and sales progress.
• Share market insights and observations to develop action plans for customer engagement and sales promotion.
