Job Responsibilities:

• To manage the full spectrum of Human Resources (HR) functions, including HR Planning and budgeting, Employee relations, recruitment and selection, Performance Management, Training and development, Work pass matters, etc.
• Handle day-to-day HR Operations
• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing, facilitating interviews, reference checks, offer letters, and package discussion
• Effective self-sourcing through job postings, active and passive sourcing, referrals, and networking
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, laws, policies, and procedures
• Responsible for administering and managing MOM surveys, work passes, government grants and support schemes
• Supporting employee relations by providing guidelines and clarifications on policies and their application
• Developing and implementing employee retention and engagement programs, as well as developing and managing employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
• Manage employee records and maintain accurate and up-to-date HR databases.
• Manage all external and internal communications and social media marketing to enhance public awareness of our products and services.
• Develop and execute Marcom strategies through various social media platforms and company website.
• Write and create content for all publicity materials, collaborating with internal communications teams

Requirement:

• Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources or other relevant HR qualifications.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in HR.
• Excellent copywriting/editing skills, meticulous and self-initiated team player
• Works independently with good time management skills.
• Creative with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Strong oral and written communicator, excellent relationship-building and influencing skills.

What you have to do

• Policy Development: Collaborate closely with the HQ EHS department to develop, implement and maintain EHS policies and procedures that comply with industry standards and local regulations in APAC;
• Regulatory Compliance: Understand local regulations and collaborate with consulting firms to enhance EHS standards and ensure product safety compliance;
• Inspections and Audits: Conduct routine site inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure adherence to EHS regulations;
• Incident and Emergency Management: Manage safety incidents and address risks. Develop emergency response plans and conduct safety drills. Collaborate with local safety authorities and consulting firms to facilitate communication between HQ and local experts.
• EHS Metrics Monitoring: Monitor and report on key EHS metrics to drive continuous improvement and ensure regulatory compliance;
• Safety Training: Organize and deliver safety training programs to ensure all employees are aware of EHS policies and procedures and can effectively manage safety risks.
• Safety Culture Promotion: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a safety-first culture and engage employees in EHS initiatives;

What you need to have

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field
• RSO or RSA certification with a minimum of 5 years of post-registration experience
• Experience in warehousing or AMR industry is preferred
• Strong understanding of EHS regulations across the APAC region (including Hong Kong, Taiwan, South Korea, Australia, Singapore, etc.) is advantageous
• Familiarity with ISO standards and experience in safety auditing is beneficial
• Ability to work independently
• Candidates with less experience may be considered as EHS Officer
