Key Responsibilties

(A) Development and management of competency framework:

• Project manage the development and update of competency framework for legal industry
• Consult and collaborate with relevant stakeholders for the development and update of competency framework
• Conduct studies, including interviews and focus groups, to ensure frameworks are updated and relevant to the legal industry

(B) Development and maintenance of training roadmap

• Coordinate with training providers and partners to produce a training roadmap for the legal industry, according to the competency framework.
• Review and ensure training roadmap is updated regularly

(C) Industry engagement

• Work with government stakeholders such as Minlaw and Skillsfuture Singapore to promote awareness and adoption of framework and training roadmaps
• Carry out outreach and education efforts to legal industry
• Engage and maintain relationships with training providers and partners to use framework for designing training courses for legal industry.

Key Specification

• A good degree from a recognised university with at least 6 years' relevant experience in adult education or learning & development.
• Familiarity with Skillsfuture Singapore frameworks. Proficiency with developing and updating competency frameworks preferred.
• Experience in legal industry and continuing legal education would be an advantage.
• Able to build positive and productive relationships with colleagues and other stakeholders.
• Good interpersonal, writing, communication and presentation skills.
• Meticulous, resourceful, creative and organised.
• Able to work confidently with members of the Judiciary and legal community.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.

The Head of Retail will play a pivotal role in shaping the retail vision, ensuring a positive customer experience, and achieving financial targets.

You will -

• Own the success metrics of the entire retail organization including sales, customer service satisfaction, and staff retention rate
• Own and manage the P&L of all retail stores and offline points of sales
• Own the strategy, budget planning, action plan, execution, and resource allocation for all retail operations

Finance Manager

The Position

The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for the entire management of all aspects and functions of restaurant, bar, meeting space and F&B sales in accordance with hotel standards. Direct, implements and maintain a service and management philosophy, which serves as a guide to respective team members.

Primary Responsibilities

Business Performance

• Develop, plan & execute departmental budget and weekly forecast based on revenue and expenditure on monthly basis.
• Analyze and review month-end reports, P&L and identify deviation from business plan goals that requires immediate action plan.
• Participate in management meetings to review progress towards achievement of business plan goals and develop the annual business plan related for the department.
• Plan, implement and measure profit enhancement programs by working with the kitchen & Marketing Department. Review and analyze all post-mortem promotions report, daily revenue, sales productivity, marketing productivity.

Responsibilities

• Day to day management of Training, Development and Competency Department including planning and budgeting
• Continuous review of the training material, mode of delivery and training management system to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the training processes.

Requirements

• 2years experience managing training

Responsibilities

• To lead, inspire and coach a Cross Functional Team within a defined Operational Cell within the SAESL Operating System. Accountable for ensuring that customer requirements & commitments are fully met, measured against the agreed performance and standards (HSE, Quality, Costs, Delivery & People).

• Lead - To inspire the team to consistently deliver high levels of performance through facilitation, coaching, and demonstration of lean leadership behaviours. Motivate, delegate and empower team members to act and make decisions in alignment with the Company's OPM and regulatory requirements.
• Planning & Control - Plan using appropriate Load & Capacity tools and manage bottlenecks & constraints to achieve flow through the cell. Understand and manage WIP (including slow moving WIP), and drive to meet business targets (current & future demands).
• Assets - To optimise the performance of operational assets in order to maximise facility productivity and meet current and future customer demand. Understand current constraints and develop a future state requirements / improvements.

Reporting to the Managing Director, the Head Chef will be responsible to drive high and consistent food quality, food safety and hygiene standards and overall kitchen operations excellence in all the restaurants (Rang Mahal and Table). We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our team and work closely with our tech and product teams on our latest products and technology. You will support Aethir in developing and communicating our strategy, ensuring that all team members work effectively and efficiently towards our goals.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the tech and product teams on the latest products and technology
• Develop and communicate Aethir's strategy, ensuring team members work effectively towards goals
• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements
• Monitor and report on key business metrics, including financial and operational performance
• Assist in the development and implementation of company strategy and annual planning
• Lead and support cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment and integration across the organization
• Manage and optimize key operational processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness
• Define tasks and activities, assigning responsibilities to team members
• Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met

• 4+ years of experience working in high-paced development environment as an assistant or coordinator
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized, strategic thinker
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in project management or program management
• Ability to distil complex information into clear and concise presentations
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
• Fluency in both English & Mandarin is required for communication with internal stakeholders.

• Ensure daily processing deliverables of the region are consistently met
• Monitor team performance and quality of work 
• Deliver an exceptional service to all payers and beneficiaries
• Ensure all payment related enquiries are resolved promptly
• Understand the importance of strong financial controls and operate consistently within our regulatory, safeguarding and internal policies
• Maintain cash balances globally to ensure liquidity to meet all deliverables
• Maintaining internal control systems
• Banking, invoicing and credit card reconciliation
• Compliance verification and reporting
• Identify processing inefficiencies, propose and drive initiatives forward to resolve 
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support successful launch of new business and product initiatives 
• Ensure the team are trained, operating efficiently and effectively and maintain training documentation
• Help with setting strategic priorities, challenging objectives and monitor progress and KPIs
• Prepare goals and review reports to track key metrics for success and team performance
