As the Senior Manager, he/ she will be based at one of the Public Healthcare Institutions (PHIs) in Singapore to assist the Site Lead to undertake the portfolio in managing the non-medical team. Leading the team, he/she will be responsible for the Procurement and Contract Management services within the PHI. Requirements

• University Graduate with at least 8-10 years’ experience
• Postgraduate with 6-8 years’ experience in procurement and supply chain management, preferably in a healthcare provider’s environment and/or with knowledge in healthcare supplies
• Experience in a supervisory role or leading project across functional teams, procurement cycle and governance in procurement
• Proficiency in using eProcurement tools, SAP MM is advantageous
• Possess strong interpersonal communication, good organisation skills, proactive analytical and negotiation skills.

The Opportunity

This position will be supporting the Marketing Function for one of the brands being retailed by Cycle & Carriage. • To work closely with creative agencies, media agency, and internal stakeholders for above & below-the-line communication and collaterals with the objective to drive sales for the brand and its services.
• Adapt global press releases for local PR dissemination and pitch for PR coverage through test drives.
• Possess good marketing eye and judgement, able to liaise and negotiate with vendors & suppliers to ensure quality and budget are always kept in line as planned.
• Analyse performance indices for marketing events and operations. Provides recommendations for improvements when necessary.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Studies/ Mass Communications / Management or equivalent with at least 5 years of retail marketing experience.

The Senior Event Manager will work on simultaneous projects and is responsible for the overall development, planning, production, operations, execution and delivery of meetings, incentive travel, conferences, exhibitions and special events.
