Why This Role Is Valuable
You will be leading our new Asia Pacific Digital Workplace Team spanning across Singapore, Sydney and Gurgaon, playing a pivotal role in enhancing our employee experience in an integrated digital workplace supported by the Service Hub. Not just that, you will also be the ambassador for any digital workplace change management and participate in relevant global collaboration tracks alongside with other regional colleagues in North America and Europe.
Your other key role includes providing remote support via the Service Hub to our Asia Pacific portfolio companies under the Blackstone Group having presence in Australia, China, India, Japan and Singapore. We aim to provide ease of onboarding regardless the size of the portfolio company.

How You Add Value
(including but not limited to)
· Manage Digital Workplace Engineers located in both Singapore and Sydney ensuring seamless operations throughout the operating hours (day starts with New Zealand and ends with Gurgaon).
· Build a Team culture of superior end-user service delivery experience with positive outcomes, forward looking and embrace continuous improvement supported by the Head of Cyber Security and Operations.
· Act as the primary point of contact for IT service-related issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
· Collaborate in a multi-stakeholder environment and see through all service requests from end-to-end to their closure.
· Lead Team to implement and communicate digital workplace changes.
· Support and manage end-user computing devices including the IT Asset and License Inventory.
· Support and manage the M365 and Cloud Platforms.
· Support and manage onsite audio/video technologies including event support.
· Collaborate with Cyber Security Team on meeting compliance, remediating vulnerabilities and incident handling, as well as the management of facility security platforms.
· Collaborate with Network Team on preventive/corrective maintenance ensuring seamless connectivity and limit downtime.
· Document and maintain IT procedures and knowledge base.
· Communicating with third-party companies regarding warranties and service incidents.
· Establish service delivery reporting metrics and provide reports including regular cadence with Head of Cyber Security and Operations.
· Identify and work on continuous improvement opportunities to ensure operational efficiency.
What You Bring To The Role
· Possess over 9 years of IT Service Delivery experience having at least 3 years managing a team.
· Strong Technical Knowledge and Troubleshooting Skills with Windows OS, O365, M365 Policies, Entra, Intune, Microsoft Defender EDR/XDR, Email Security, DLP, MDM/MAM, Azure Cloud, ServiceNow, Mobile Devices, AV/VC, Printing and Facility Technologies.
· Strong understanding of ITSM frameworks, specifically ITIL.
· Familiarity with M365/Infrastructure backup and disaster recovery processes.
· Knowledge of IT connectivity, including network and Wi-Fi.
· Experience working with diverse team and willingness to continuously learn in an evolving environment.
· Planning, vendor management and business partnering skills.
· Problem solving and analytical skills.
· Ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical stakeholders.
· Keep abreast of the latest technology and cyber security trends.
