JOB DESCRIPTION
Purpose of role The main objective of this role is to develop new clients while enhancing
business with existing clients, across industry located in Singapore , by introducing them to the full range of products and services Berger has to offer. The role ranges across a variety of activities, including strategic consultancy, new business development, existing account management and in some cases,project management.
Main duties and responsibilities
Core objectives include:
• Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
• Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
• Expanding presence across Asia Pacific region with clear channel and route-to-market strategy.
• Generating leads
• Meeting and exceeding sales goals
• Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients
• Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes and negotiations.
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports
• Maintaining Track Records
• Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients
• Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs
• Understanding and promoting company programs
• Ensuring prompt payment from customers within stipulated
credit period
• Coordinating with supply chain for timely service of products to customers
• Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services
• Maintaining client records
• Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices and product availability.

Other duties Fulfil other duties as required by management and other department
personnel as requested/required.

PERSON SPECIFICATION
Qualifications • GCE O Level/bachelors degree /diploma /Management in sales & marketing.
Experience • Minimum 5 years previous experience in a Business ,Experienced in coating sales in the respective sector with good track records.Development sales role is essential.

• Experience in and understanding of the sales process and dynamics
