3. Stakeholder Engagement and Change Management - Collaborate with senior leadership, HR Business Partners, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for benefits initiatives. This will involve communicating changes and updates to employees effectively, providing education and resources as needed.

What’s the job?

Develop new sales opportunities, build a robust sales platform and manage assigned account base in order to generate revenue and maximise performance both for the short and long term in line with sales target. Business Planning and Operation Manger, Private Wealth

The Business Planning and Operation Manager will be responsible for building and optimizing the operational framework for private wealth business, covering high-net-worth clients, family offices and EAMs. This includes developing and executing comprehensive growth strategies to attract, engage, retain, and expand the client base. The role requires a deep understanding of client needs, coordination of internal resources, and enhancement of product and service penetration. Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Management Framework Developments:

Develop and implement an operational framework for high-net-worth clients, family offices and EAMs, including but not limited to client segmentation, tiering client benefits scheme, and online client portal operation including in-app and website.

Key Accountabilities 

In this Strategic Leadership role, you will be responsible for the development of the SAI Finance + EV Industry business at APAC level operating as Brand Manager, driving profitable revenue growth, representing VOC and creating awareness of all your portfolio internally and externally.
