Job Description

This position is responsible for business development in Asia Pacific region with predominantly focus on Chemicals manufactures, to utilize his or her knowledge to identify, quantify and sell into new accounts, establish long term business relationship with chemicals customers. Job Responsibilities

• Take sales ownership, business development as an individual contributor in Asia Pacific region to achieve sales targets by increasing business to existing and potential customers
• Utilizes specific industry knowledge to diagnose supply chain needs. Develops and prepares strategic proposals. Participates to customer generated RFI, RFQ and RFP.
• Develops, builds rapport and nurtures long term partnerships with target accounts, translating the company capabilities to customer value, for maintaining and continually expanding account share penetration
• Develop solutions unique to each company to reduce overall logistics costs, all whilst improving sales to current and new customers

Within Accuracy, you will find yourself immersed in some of the most interesting disputes in complex engineering, construction and infrastructure projects worldwide. As a key team member, you will play a vital role in supporting our teams by providing technical, analytical and reporting assistance to a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from subcontractors to project owners. Requirements

We are looking for candidates who are logical, analytical, dynamic and self-confident yet humble. You will need to demonstrate curiosity, enthusiasm, willingness to learn, a commercial interest, common sense, and attention to detail.

Preferably you will possess the following requirements:

· Experience in a similar role (consultancy on construction projects and/or disputes) and/or experience on construction projects (project management, scheduling management) – Preferably around 8 – 10 years of experience.

· Outstanding academic track record in engineering (civil, mechanical or industrial).

· Strong interest and knowledge in project management and energy/civil engineering.

· Exceptional numerical and analytical skills, commercial awareness and attention to detail.

· Fluency in English with excellent oral and written communication skills, particularly the ability to summarise (fluency in other languages is also desirable but not essential)

How will I help?

You will support the Regulatory Reporting team with focus on accurate, complete and timely computation of MAS regulatory ratios and submission of regulatory returns. You will be required to support the team in ensuring that the Bank is compliant with MAS regulatory reporting requirements and compliment the internal control culture associated with regulatory reporting, while enabling change to technology platforms and business processes.

The role also encompasses:

• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in the computation of regulatory ratios and submission of MAS regulatory returns. You must have, and maintain good understanding of the reporting requirements and be able to articulate complex details to non-technical senior stakeholders, team members (on and off-shore), as well as third party vendors where required. Collaboration with all stakeholders is essential for success in this role.
• Effective oversight on MAS regulatory reporting processes: ensure robust controls are in place and aligned with governance and controls framework.
