About the Role

As a member of the Leveraged & Acquisition Finance (“LAF”) team in Singapore, you will be responsible for the credit analysis, financial modelling, debt structuring and due diligence for Financial Sponsor and complex corporate transactions. What will your day look like?

As an Associate Director/ Senior Manager, Leveraged & Acquisition Finance, your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Develop and/or review and modify complex, customised financial models for structured transactions and run cross sensitivity analyses using these models.
• Undertake the preliminary assessment and preparation of briefing papers in conjunction with other members of the LAF team.
• Completion of due diligence, financial modelling, & preparation of the credit memorandums.

• Platform Deployment
• Oversee the end-to-end deployment of products within your pillar and region, and the OMS platform, ensuring successful implementation and client satisfaction.
• This includes planning, coordinating, and executing the deployment within your region. Deployment involves installing, configuring, and implementing products and the OMS platform.
• Define deployment goals, timelines and potential risks.
• Configure the products and/or OMS platform according to the specific requirements of the deployment environment. This may involve setting up user accounts, defining permissions, customizing settings, data staging and analysis, preparation and integrating with other systems.
• Testing to ensure that the product functions correctly and meets quality standards in the deployed state.

1. Lead Regional Center of Excellence in Digital Marketing and Media

· Develop and implement the regional digital marketing and media strategy for Shiseido APAC.

REQUIREMENTS

Essential:

· At least 8 years of experience in digital marketing and media, with at least 2 years in a managerial position in media agencies as well as following industries preferred (in descending order of preference): Luxury brands (beauty, fashion), other FMCG industries, Travel & hospitality

· Understanding of consumer decision journey (CDJ) and customer experience along the AIPL (Awareness, Interest, Purchase, Loyalty) consumer journey

· Data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills, with experience in using advanced analytics methodologies (e.g. MMM) and DMP (data management platform) and consumer research/insights to elevate media performance

This position is a dedicated SME to support the Director of Investment Governance in Singapore to

Purpose of the role:

Responsible for proactively setting and executing risk mitigation strategies for loans across APAC, focusing on structured and complex loan products in particular Sponsor Leveraged Acquisition Finance (LAF) and both Financial Institution (FI) and Non-Bank Finance Institution (NBFI) products. The focus of the role is ensuring sufficient downside risk mitigation at loan origination for complex structured finance products and/or circumstances where the bank faces borrowers with heightened credit risk.

The role will work in tandem with the existing FI / LAF / other complex structured product client relationship and product teams and other key stakeholders, including MUFG Securities to review and challenge deal structures and suggest additional structural protections (commercial and legal), including specific unwinding, insolvency or restructuring considerations for new deals.

You will be required to critically review and sensitise borrower forecasts and underlying asset security valuations (including estimated recoveries in distressed or enforcement scenarios), consider client specific and sector risks, and challenge the adequacy of covenants and other protections from key commercial and legal terms. You will be required to review and provide advice on individual loans, but also help set risk appetite criteria and exposure thresholds for various structured loan portfolios.

Whilst the primary focus of the role is loan origination, you may also be required to support regional Credit Managed Assets team colleagues in working out or rehabilitating existing stressed and distressed loans and various other regional risk initiatives across APAC.

• In cooperation with country relationship managers and other Credit Managed Asset team colleagues, assist with the formulation and execution of recovery and restructuring strategies for stressed and distressed assets. This may involve leading syndicates of banks, advisors and internal stakeholders through complex stakeholder negotiations for the implementation of restructuring solutions for the bank's stressed and distressed credits.
