One of the key factors that have allowed the Corporate Bank to deliver growth over and above the rest of the market is the bespoke client solutions delivered by the Trade Finance & Lending Structuring (“TFLS”) team in Singapore. Our TFLS team has delivered complex Trade Finance & Lending solutions across a variety of sectors and all markets in Asia Pacific and has completed transactions across a variety of sectors including Commodities. Your key responsibilities

• Lead TFLS Singapore team responsible for driving TFLS business and manage corporate client relationship by developing the TFLS team through product guidance, coaching & mentorship
• Responsible for origination, structuring and execution of structured trade finance & lending transactions (including preparation of information memoranda, credit analysis, term sheets and financial models) for corporate and FI clients (Client) in Singapore;

Your skills and experience

• At least 12 - 15 years of relevant experience of leading TFLS business, developing Client and investor relationship handling TFLS products, managing business risk with regulatory compliances and developing Structured Trade Finance solutions, around Documentary Trade, Working Capital and Lending Products
• Degree holder with an MBA or CA or CFA.
• Deeper understanding of the corporate TFLS requirement coupled with experience of handing documentary trade finance, working capital and lending products for deal origination and deliver Client centric solutions.
• Ability to generate sales leads from Client discussions, structure solutions around Client requirements and participate in senior level Client discussions / solution pitch.
• Experience and deep understanding of distribution and structuring products to develop TFLS solutions acceptable to investors and support distribution desk.

The IT Project Director (Security Access Control) must be trained and certified.

He/ She must be able to deliver IT Enterprise Projects. The incumbent must be good in managing Security Access Control Projects involving physical security and information security). The ability to provide professional consultation to stakeholders and clients is required.

Responsibilities:

• Involved in managing large scale Projects in Security Access Control (physical security and information security)
• Demonstrated large scale IT Project Mapping, Design, Planning and Implementation.
• Experience in handling Project Budgeting, Delivery, Scheduling and Management.
• Good in Client, Vendor and Stakeholder Management.
• Highly responsible in driving the Security Access Projects and managing large complex Projects.

Requirements:

• Strong in handling Security Access Control (Infrastructure, Hardware, Software)
• Good in handling Security Access Control in both Physical Security and Information Security.
• Strong knowledge of Security Access Regulations and Policies.
• Demonstrated large complex Project Management pertaining to Security Access Control experience.

Overview of the Product & B2B Marketing Director at Visa:

As Regional Director, you will have a dual reporting line to the Sr. Director of Asia Pacific’s Product & B2B Marketing and the Visa Commercial Solution, Vice President of Global Product & B2B Marketing. You are responsible for leading regional marketing programs for Visa’s Growth Engine.

In this role, you will be the link that connects our regional product strategy to the tactics needed to drive success in sales and marketing. You will use strategic insights and data to drive the development of positioning, value proposition and messaging that resonates with buyers and enables our sales teams to be successful. You will collaborate and partner with our global and communications teams to co-design, develop and deliver innovative programs and marketing initiatives to achieve AP’s goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Be a strategic leader:

• You will lead development of regional marketing strategies, in close partnership with global, regional and country teams to engage our clients and deliver against Visa’s business and marketing goals
• Be the expert on our target audiences, and their advocate inside Visa, who they are, how they buy and their key buying criteria and then distilling the deep insights to develop value propositions and messaging
• You will help develop marketing that articulates value propositions, sets forth positioning and messaging, and activation of experiential strategies relevant to the regional priorities
• You will lead, direct and manage agencies to accomplish strategic marketing projects to support the business and drive concreate outcomes.

Drive Visa Commercial Solution ecosystem awareness and thought leadership:

• Work with Global Product & B2B Marketing to help shape industry thought leadership content and promote across B2B ecosystem audiences
• Partner with regional Communications lead to plan and execute thought leadership programs with and through Media Partners
• Accelerate bringing more products and solutions to market:
• Work in partnership with product and sales to deploy a B2B awareness and lead generation campaigns targeting Financial Institutions, FinTechs, BPSPs, Strategic Partners, Large Mid-Market Commercial Accounts, SMBs, and Government Institutions
• Work to localize, build and deploy sales enablement content to help Visa Commercial Solution product & sales team engage clients and partner
• Localize and launch Visa.com and owned channel content in support of B2B campaigns
• Build and activate experiential digital marketing strategies and plans to advance an always-on content strategy to build awareness and drive demand
• Help accelerate end user adoption and usage through:
• Work closely with country Client Marketing teams to drive client engagement in support of building cardholder activation, acquisition and usage
• Engage with strategic partners to drive regional co-marketing efforts

Roles and Responsibilities

• Management of a team of people covering the full range of Distinct Area of Work (DAW) within the Commercial Finance family. This DAW also covers generalists responsible for driving commercial finance operating rhythms by providing centralized finance reporting capabilities, commercial productivity metrics, commercial forecasting, and contribute to the overall business growth. Lead commercial financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and analysis while supporting regional sales / commercial teams.

Influences policy and ensures delivery within own function, linking with other functions of the organization. • Daily management of billings & collections with project teams; Own cost control through reviews of outbound transportation and C&I with project managers

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you would possess the following qualification, skills and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting from a local or internationally recognized institution.
• 6-8 years of progressive experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis is essential.
• As this role contributes to the overall P&L of the business, deep understanding of commercial finance functions and processes is essential.
• Demonstrated leadership ability, including at least 1 year of experience in managing and developing a global team of 3-4 is a must.
• Previous experience in finance capacity within large engineering or energy organization is a must.
• Proven track record of success in a complex, matrixed multinational organization.
