• Monitor plant conditions and material production during construction phase
• Approve the source of materials, keep track of the testing, quality and usage of materials procured for the works
• Perform inspections of deliverables to ensure that material is as per approvals
• Take care of QA/QC documents of the entire project
• Carry out Internal Audit at the site as scheduled in the Project Quality Plan (PQP)
• Identify problems, root cause, and offers solutions

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Familiar with LTA projects job specifications in both civil and architectural works
• At least 3 years QA/QC experience in construction industry
• Possess experience in handling Conquas application procedure

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the management of accounts payable, staff claims, treasury, heritage materials and fixed asset management
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts with timely resolution of reconciling items
• Assist in the management of access rights for financial system and participate in key system enhancement and integration to ensure robust and reliable financial systems.
• Support in the formulation and review of policies, procedures and internal
• controls to ensure efficient and effective management and accounting of payments and fixed assets.
• Engage and provide advice to relevant internal and external stakeholders on financial matters.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy or relevant professional accounting
• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in Finance.
• Skills - Workday Accounting software
• Data analytics tools like Tableauwill be an advantage.
