The Operation Executive provides admin and technical support to the team. He will help to organise and support training programmes of Caring for Life (CFL), for people with suicide ideation and community carers. As part of outreach efforts to reach these people in need, he/she will help to coordinate training sessions, engage, and work with CFL partners. 1) Process – Process end-to-end payroll for an organisation with a headcount of 500 or more, including but not limited to, pro-ration of salary for new hires and resignees, submission of monthly CPF and refunds, submission of NS and Government Paid Leave claims, processing transport/dental claims from employees, ensuring accuracy of bank details and timely submission of bank files, providing payroll GL to the finance team for reconciliation, filing of IR21 for foreigner resignees and annual IR8A, etc.
2) Coordinate – Correspond with HR business partners to retrieve data and inputs necessary for relevant pay elements.
3) Investigate – Report data inaccuracies in payroll systems and report to managers and clients for advice. Highlight and recommend improvements and solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
4) Audit – Maintain a secured archival of payroll files to support annual and ad-hoc audit exercises.
5) Communicate – Provide clear and concise responses to any queries raised through email by employees and/or clients in a professional manner to achieve positive customer experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Curriculum Writer, your primary focus will include the preparation, writing, proofreading and editing of TWC’s curriculum to be used in the classroom, as well as working on TWC’s other publications. Reporting to the Curriculum Manager, you will work together with TWC’s Curriculum Team to ensure the smooth delivery and quality of TWC’s curriculum. You will primarily be responsible for our secondary school materials, but you may also be required to work on the primary school materials should the need arise,

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must fulfil the following criteria:

1. Degree from a reputable university, preferably in the related fields of Law, Arts, Humanities, Social Sciences and Communications.
2. Experience in teaching Secondary school levels will be an added advantage.
3. Familiarity with the Cambridge O Level English Language syllabus is required.
4. Qualifications in editorial work and/or English teaching are an added bonus.
5. Excellent academic track record, particularly in English, General Paper (GP), and/or English Literature at ‘O’ and/or ‘A’ levels.
6. Meticulous, high quality work standard.
7. Strong work ethic.
8. Ability to adhere to tight deadlines with strong organisational skills.
9. Familiar with using Microsoft Word for layout.
