Position Summary:

The Staff Engineer will drive project execution, product changes, compliance and process improvements associated within the on-market portfolio. The Staff Engineer will have the opportunity to lead and drive new product introduction for NPI project/ program. Both roles will work with members from various functions (Product Marketing, Platform Management Teams, Development, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality and Customer Support etc.) to improve manufacturability, quality and customer satisfaction for on-market products. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish and ensure functionality of the QA&QC Department
• Setup HACCP and ISO 22000 requirements for production plant

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, food manufacturing or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experiences;
• Prior QA/QC experience in food manufacturing will be added advantage;

Skills preferred:

Understanding of the principles of IT Data security and data protection

Experience with data governance, master data management, and quality assurance.
