Responsibilities:-
1) Answering phone calls, attend to customer enquiry etc.
2) All administrative matters, data entry and manage email correspondence
3) Microsoft office, ie. Word, Excel, PowerPoint
4) Assist and support Project Team in the project administrative duties / deliverables
5) Liaise with supplier for quotation, ordering & arranging of goods delivery / installation on site
6) Preparation Quotations from tender drawings to client
7) Submit Claims for the project
8) Preparation invoice & Delivery Order
9) Update invoice / Payment
10) Follow up for payments
11) Update project profiles
12) Preparation Purchase Order for Supplier
13) Document filing
14) Any ad hoc duties assigned
Working hours :-
Monday to Friday - 9am to 6pm
Saturday - 9am to 1pm
5.5 Days work week
Requirements:-
1) At least 2 years in relevant field of work.
2) Proficient in English, Proficiency in Chinese is also preferred.
3) Proficient in MSOffice Excel, Word, Outlook.
4) Able to understand Construction Drawings.
5) Good communication and people skill.
6) Able to work independently, be meticulous, analytical with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive, a good
team player & able to meet tight deadlines.
7) Singapore and SPR preferred.
