1. Daily Cashbook update.
2. Daily/Weekly or as when needed stock in/out update.
3. Responsible for sales and purchase invoices. And notified third party for procedure by sending email.
4. Monthly AR & AP reconciliation.
5. Stock management such as creation of SKUs, stock transfers, stock adjustment and month-end stock take and reconciliation.
6. Monthly Bank reconciliation.
7. Monthly stock reports for warehouses.
8. Monthly sales commission report for Sales Team
9. Monthly salary payout and payslip preparation.
10. Monthly CPF submission and payment.
11. Monthly FWL payment.
12. Monthly JE for accrual and advanced payment.
13. Monthly accounts adjustment if any.
14. Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly account closings such as management Report P&L, Balance Sheet, Budgeting report, and etc.
15. Quarterly GST report and submission.
16. To liaise with external parties such as Corporate Secretaries, accountants, freelancers, and auditors, if any.
17. To setup relevant account e.g. Email/Autocount Accounting user account for staff.

Requirements:
- Min: 2-3 years relevant experience
- Qualification: Min O'Level/A Level or equivalent
- Fluent in Mandarin and English

Responsibilities:
