a) General

1. Maintain and update Crewing Calendar factoring projects and in-house needs and crew leave.
2. Support and provide information on Time Off In Lieu (TOIL) entitlement for in-house crew on a monthly basis.
3. Maintain an updated crew database for both in-house and freelancers with positions, grades, job scale, and performance, rate of professional fees, responsiveness, reliability, skills and technical competencies.
4. Any other ad-hoc crewing responsibilities.

b) Project-Related

1. Obtain relevant project information from Sales Department for crewing needs including details such as location of project, crew positions, duration of project, crew rate, and any other additional requirements.
2. Consult project technical manager to identify the crew requirement and skill sets required for each project.
3. Roster project with in-house and freelance crew.
4. For freelancers - Negotiate fees, manage contracts and other documents, and outline expectations and company policies.
5. Arrange and/or coordinate crew logistics including preparation of per diems, visa application, flight, accommodation, transportation, and meals.
6. Plan for crew contingencies for unexpected situations that may jeopardize projects.
7. Supper project crew by playing an active role in all communications related to crew (logistics and crew welfare).
8. Provide replacement crew if a crew member becomes unavailable due to sickness, flight cancellations, etc.
9. Assist in all project closeout activities including evaluation of project performance (from crew perspective), archival of projects, and preparation of close out reports.
10. Incorporate crew performance evaluation reports into crew database.
11. Tabulate and analyse project crew financials (freelancer fees, logistics, Per Diems, etc.) report to Crewing Manager cost over-runs or irregularities.
12. Verify invoices received from freelancers for billing.
13. Assist in reimbursements for projects for in-house crew members.

Requirements

Job Description:

1.Develop and execute e-commerce sales strategies to drive online revenue growth and achieve sales targets.

2.Manage and optimize our e-commerce platforms, including website management, product listings, pricing, and promotions.

3.Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identify trends, and implement actionable insights to improve conversion rates and customer retention.

4.Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, and search engine optimization (SEO), to drive traffic and sales.

5.Work closely with office and warehouse operation, courier to ensure timely shipments & inventory management and review the fulfilment / delivery options at all times.

6. Other tasks assigned by the manager.

Youth Employment Support (YES) (青年就业辅助) was formed in 2007 to continue imparting to graduates of Metta School with life skills that promote integration, independence and employment.

Our maiden initiative, Arts@Metta (慈光展艺), has as its mission to provide equal access to enriching artistic endeavours for youths with special needs while creating related training cum employment opportunities under a sustainable framework.

As an ECO Officer , the candidate is responsible in the following areas:

Main Responsibilities

• Support the efficient and effective day-to-day operation at ECO@Metta
• Assist in coaching and mentoring alumni as appropriate to improve performance
• To work closely with the team to engage in new product development and establish contacts with vendors and suppliers for product development
• To manage retail activities, including managing corporate projects, public sales and retailers for consignments
• To drive digital initiatives i.e. social media marketing and managing e-commerce platforms
• To help facilitate Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) events and activities
• To create awareness and identify business prospects and opportunities via roadshows and CSR activities
• To maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organisation standards
• To handle and manage project related administrative tasks
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

2. Other Responsibilities

• Assist in any Fundraising event and activities
• Perform any other duties as required and/or assigned by the Manager or Management

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine products, including formulation, processing and packing labels in compliance with the regulatory requirements for local and export markets.
• Collaborate with R&D team to ensure new products can be exported to target overseas market.
• Conduct routine review of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products and update the relevant halal certificates.
• Prepare and review technical documentations, including product specifications, quality reports and compliance documents.
• Prepare and submit documentation for certification applications and maintain compliance with certification standards.
• Ensure products meet relevant certifications (e.g. halal) and manage the certification process.
• To be appointed as Management Representative for halal and ISO standards.
• Conduct internal audit for quality and halal.
• Maintain accurate records of quality contract tests, certification processes, and product development activities.
• Generate regular reports on product quality, certification status, and improvement initiatives.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in product quality and certification processes.
• Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

Prerequisites

• Minimum 3 years of experience in food product development, food processing, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations, quality assurance practices, and sensory evaluation techniques.
• Proficiency in using food processing equipment and laboratory instruments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly.

• Location : West - Pioneer
• Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.15am to 5.30pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,700 + AWS + 12 - 18 Days Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits

Main Responsibilities:

• Placing of orders with existing local/overseas suppliers.
• Sourcing for new suppliers with more competitive price.
• Processing of purchase orders and related documents.
• Planning and monitoring closely with suppliers on delivery schedule.
• Preparing of costing for tenders.
• To arrange for evaluation of sample for testing purposes, if required.
• To feedback to suppliers on products defect/complaints from customer and claim warranty, if applicable.
• Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned by MD.

Requirements:

• Minimum of Diploma with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Self-motivated and independent.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with suppliers who can only speak mandarin.

- Lead the development and launch of aftermarket products into the Asia market

- Prepare ad-hoc reports and present key findings to management to support decision-making

Requirements

- Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field

- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or a similar environment, preferably in the automotive or parts market

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact across all levels of an organization

- Excellent analytical skills, particularly in handling data and market analysis

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience in project management

- Knowledge of the automotive industry is a strong advantage
