Main Responsibilities:

• Monthly full set of account closing, trial balance, profit & loss and balance sheet.
• Prepare monthly audit schedules.
• Prepare and submit GST on monthly basis.
• Process staff travelling and expenses claims reimbursements.
• Liaise with bankers for letter of credits, trust receipts, banker guarantee application, revolving loan drawdown, rollover and repayment matters.
• Review account receivable role including handling issuance of sales invoice for progressive project billing, debit note, credit note, receiving voucher, official receipts & etc.
• Preparation of monthly journal voucher, inter-company funds transfer/settlement.
• Review and handling daily cashflow movement.
• Review account payable role including handling supplier payment.
• Preparation of monthly journal voucher, inter-company.
• Assist in preparation of Annual budget and Annual forecast.
• Liaise with tax agent for tax computation and tax submission.
• Liaise with external auditor for all audit matters.
• Assist in preparation of monthly board meeting materials.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Accountancy or Degree in Accountancy or its equivalent.
• Min 3 years related work experience.
• Have full set of work experience especially familiar with revenue recognition with percentage of completion.
• Understanding of common accounting knowledge and procedures.
• Experience/knowledge of Dynamic 365 ERP System.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communication

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Program both internal and external shows/events for venues (Theatre, Studios, Outdoor spaces).
• Manage and maintain relationship with hirers, ensuring that their requirements and expectations are met.
• Liaise with internal business units such as M&E, Estate Management, Security, etc to ensure that hirers' requirements are fulfilled.
• Conduct site visits with potential hirers.
• Prepare quotations, contracts and closing statements for hirers.
• Oversee and manage budgets for projects.
• Manage front of house requirements such as ushers, security and concessions for the shows/events:
  • Engage and manage ushers and security for the respective shows.
  • Handle patron's feedback & complains.
  • Work with ticketing agents on ticketing logistics and requirements.
• Ensure that extra measures and SOPs, such as security and protocols, are in place when an event is attended by ministers and above.

• Min of 2-3 years of experience marketing as venue or event management background is an advantage but not necessary.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to understand and analyse situations with proposed action plans.
