• Lead, plan and oversee exhumation programme
• Lead a team to carry out preparatory works, such as ground survey, verify documents, plot layout plan and clean up burial records of the affected graves prior to physical exhumation

• Support admin matters include filing, transport and island pass arrangement and coordinate necessary for customers' visit

3) Perform Cargo and/or Material Handling and Delivery Tasks

• Coordinate closely with external (customers, surveyors, shipping agents) and internal stakeholders so that logistical activities are executed smoothly
• Execute logistics plan and communicate instructions to Operations department
• Perform Customs Clearance Permit for all import and export shipments, including preparation, document submissions, declaration, filing, and facilitation of customs audit

4) Perform Customer Service Tasks

• Attend to queries and complaints with regards to the logistical activities and provide solutions within time limits, follow up to ensure resolution
• Manage and resolve all booking issues faced by transporters and customers
• Perform order processing for all trucking customers
• Process weekly and monthly trucking invoices to customers
• Provide weekly/monthly stock inventory report to customers
• Provide accurate and timely report to customers

Job Profile:

• Possesses a Business or Logistics related Diploma
• Ideally have at least 2 years of Oil/ Petrochemicals experience
• Have excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Possesses good negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Is detailed-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

• Working hours: Mon - Fri, 0830 - 1700 hours

· Handle full spectrum of Corporate Secretarial work and attend to clients on all corporate secretarial matters

· Payroll computation and CPF submissions

· Prior experience in corporate secretarial work is an advantage

· Good written and oral communication skills in English and Mandarin

· Able to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment

· Proficiency in MS Word and Excel

· Preparation of Accounts in Xero software

· Handling HR and MOM issues

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of sales agreements, invoices, billings, and documentation for sales and financing transactions
• Support sales and accounting departments to ensure successful sales and financing transactions
• Update administrative data in systems and maintain records of such data, including general record keeping and filing duties
• Manage bank book through recording financial inflows and outflows for bank reconciliation and daily reporting and forecasting for payments and deductions
