• Manage incidents; investigations, recommend corrective actions and follow-up on the implementations and effectiveness of actions taken
• Liaise and communicate well with site operations staffs, project managers, contractors and third parties on all safety and health issues
• Ensure that all statutory regulations, code of practice and company’s EHS rules and regulations are implemented and complied with at the project site
• Conduct regular inspection and audits on the EHS provisions on site

Requirement

• At least 3 years WSH experience in construction industry
• Specialist Diploma / Degree in Environmental, Health, and Safety related qualifications
• Registered MOM Workplace Safety and Health Officer
• NEA registered Environmental Control Officer (ECO)
• Certified Fire Safety Manager (preferred)
• Familiar with ISO 45001, ISO 14001
• Strong competencies in results orientation, adaptability, effective intelligence, leadership, and teamwork.
• Able to work 6 days a week

Job Scope:

• Prepare regular status reports in an acceptable format to the Corporation.
• Prepare tender specifications and documentation for tenders/quotations, calling and evaluation and make recommendation for the Corporation’s acceptance.
• Oversee cost and budget estimation, including the preparation of Schedule of Rates as required to supplement the existing one.
• Oversee and manage contract services process, e.g. selection of sub-consultants and sub-contractors, tender invitation, tender evaluation, tender award recommendations and letting contracts.
• Supervise cost control, including provision of monthly financial reports on the progress claims on works done by the different sub-contractors.
• Manage and monitor all the sub-contractors’ performance, including those appointed by the Corporation, to ensure quality and the work flow to be in accordance to the SOPs and procedures set up for the Property.

Job Description:

• Minimum 5 years experience in FM industries
• Bachelor Degree in FM, property management, construction related field

Job Responsibilities

- Oversee financial planning and business performance analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, investment and risk management activities.

- You will ensure the accuracy of financial statements and adhere to corporate reporting timetables. You will also assist in implementation of management and administrative financial systems to provide structure for sustained business growth.

- To ensure compliance with established financial processes, local compliance requirements, financial reporting and review of revenue, expenditures, asset management, tax, management reporting and administration.

- You will be responsible for the implementation of finance strategies and objectives. You will manage and liaise with external auditors and tax agents.

-You must possess the knowledge to evaluate the company's P&L and also plan for effective finance strategies.

Requirements

- Possess a degree in accounting or finance with at least 10 years of relevant experience.

- Prior experience from the F&B industry is an advantage.

- Have a strong understanding in inventory management and costing.

- Possess strong communication and presentation skills.
