Salary Range: Up to $2,400
Working days: 5.25 days per week
Rest Day: Every Sunday
Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays: 0745hrs to 1715hrs
Saturday (Alternate): 0745hrs to 1145hrs
Job descriptions:
ā¢ Handle phone calls, answer general enquiries, take/pass messages to
recipients.
ā¢ Greet, check in and announce customersā arrival.
ā¢ Check visitors in and direct them to specific destinations.
ā¢ Responsible for incoming mails, parcels and front deskās petty cash.
ā¢ Manage hardcopy filing of front deskās monthly report.
ā¢ Coordinate with chauffeur on pickups and sending off customers.
ā¢ Summarise and verify retail transactions settlement for account use.
ā¢ Custodian for customer areaās cleanliness.
ā¢ General adhoc admin duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
ā¢ Customer-oriented with a good level service attitude.
ā¢ Exceptional listening skills with a good level of English communication
proficiency, candidates with satisfactory English proficiency certificate issued
by recognised education organisation would be an added advantage.
ā¢ Posses good communication ethics, strong self-confidence and humility.
ā¢ Receptive to constructive feedback, enthusiastic and good level of
responsibility.
ā¢ Preferably with receptionist or customer service experience.
ā¢ Candidates with hotel lobby or with flight attendant experience would be an added advantage.
ā¢ A good team player
ā¢ Must be comfortable working at either one of our service centres.
ā¢ Must be comfortable with overtime work.
