We are looking to employ a highly driven assistant sales manager to assist the sales manager with the day-to-day running of our store. Responsibilities

· Receive-in boxes of new parts and check for any transportation damage

· Retrieve new parts from boxes and ensure all appropriate documents received with parts

· Assist store inspector to carry out receive-in-check and goods receipt on new parts

· Ensure parts are picked according to schedule and sent to Material Kitting on time

· Assisting in monthly cycle count / stock take

· Daily FOD walk is done and proactive report is updated

· Any other duties as assigned by the Head or Manager

Requirements

· Aerospace warehouse experience.

· Experience working with WMS or SAP

1. Able to Ensure all items are QC meet the quality requirement as stated

2. Able to Carry out stuffing / un-stuffing and loading / offloading operations

3. To maintain high standard of productivity and safety through proper work attitude

4. Able to Prepare outgoing deliveries and shipments, ensuring accurate documentation and packaging.

5. Maintain a clean and organized receiving area.

Requirement:-

1. Minimum "N" Level / ITE Certificate or equivalent

2. With a valid Forklift Licence.

3. At least 1-year to 3-year experience in Manufacture warehouse.

4. Possess some computer knowledge to input data into Warehousing Management System
