1. Maintain and update Crewing Calendar factoring projects and in-house needs and crew leave.
2. Support and provide information on Time Off In Lieu (TOIL) entitlement for in-house crew on a monthly basis.
3. Maintain an updated crew database for both in-house and freelancers with positions, grades, job scale, and performance, rate of professional fees, responsiveness, reliability, skills and technical competencies.

b) Project-Related

• Collating and updating of various logistics information (Warehouse productivity, stock ageing, costs etc)
• Verifying invoice cost on warehouse, inbound/outbound cost
• Verifying ad-hoc cost for shipment invoices (DHL/Fedex)
• Updating and summarising incoming shipment report, inbound movement report and outbound shipment report
• Requesting for quotations from freight forwarders for both import and export shipment
• Cycle Counting using SAP to check physical stock using warehouse counts
• Coordinating monthly billings and subsequently hosting monthly department meeting
• Communication and coordination with leading logistics service providers and warehouse employees

As a member of the Global Finance Services team, the candidate will perform the daily operations in the Procure to pay function and ensure timely closing of the accounts during the month-end.

What you’ll do:

• Responsible for all key aspects of the Global procure to pay function (including processes for inventory accounting)
• Provide leadership, guidance, resource planning and staff development to the team members
• Review and supervise the team for reconciliations, reports, schedules and Statement of Accounts
• Ensure timely resolution of issues and queries from internal and external parties
• Ensure procedures are in compliance with prevailing corporate policies, internal controls and regulatory requirements
• Ensure all payment transactions are complete, accurate and processed in a timely manner
• Manage monthly and year-end AP closing
• Ensure timely tax submission (GST/Withholding tax)
• Actively reviewing, standardizing, streamlining and improving procure to pay processes, identifying areas of improvement and automation
• Review and handle exceptions for various systems (Robotic Process Automation, supplier invoice interface system IVI, Coupa, Concur)
• Prepare ad hoc reports and lead/participate in projects as assigned
• Support and respond to Internal and External audit

What we’re looking for:

· Bachelor’s degree in accountancy

· At least 4 years relevant working experience, preferably from a MNC environment

· CPA or CA licenses are desired

· Must be proficient in MS Excel/computer savvy, SAP experience is an advantage

The Senior Accountant/Assistant Finance Manager is responsible for maintaining day-to-day financial reporting and regulatory compliance needs of our business. The person will work closely with the company's cross-country team, while reporting to head of finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate month end closing and prepare monthly reports including monthly financial statements, cash flow statements and management reporting
• Ensure compliance of financial records and controls with corporate statutory, and regulatory requirements
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of quarterly Singapore GST returns
• Ensure overall good maintenance of accounting books
• Assist in cash flow, credit control, and receivables management
• Work collaboratively with various internal parties across the company's global offices to acquire or provide information needed for analysis, reporting, budgeting and forecasting
• Participate with team in liaising with external auditor, tax agents, and external parties for all statutory and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance
• Prepare payments by certifying documentation and requesting disbursements
• Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned

• Degree in Accounting or equivalent Professional Qualification (CA Singapore / ACCA / CPA)

• At least 3 years of accounting full set experience with strong working knowledge accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations
• Proficient in Xero & MS office
• Good time management and organisational skills to meet deadlines

• Handle onboarding and exit processes, coordinate with various department

• Provide support and manage Intern/Temp staff recruitment process not limited to job posting, liaising with Institutes, interview scheduling and contracts preparation
• Perform monthly overtime calculation for Intern/Temp Staff
• Prepare onboarding or corporate gifts for new joiners and recruitment drives
• Coordinate and support on HR projects, events, meetings and training seminars

Office Administration

• In-charge of general office administrative support
• Requisition for business cards, event name tags, office supplies and weekly fruits supply
• Check, verify and process invoices related to HR Admin matters
• Manage all meeting room bookings within allocated monthly credits
• Handle office maintenance, space planning, storage arrangement
• Arrange or assist with courier services - local and overseas
• Prepare admin related documents or invoices and ensure systematic e-filing
• Any ad-hoc duties may be assigned from time to time.
