Responsibilities

The selected candidate will report to the Vice President and will be responsible for:

· Portfolio management and Investor reporting

· Prepare presentations for investors and for internal analysis

· Oversight of GST-refund, 13R, FSI-FM related matters

Requirements

Ideal candidates will be qualified accounting professionals with:

· Graduate/Post Graduate degree in Accounting or Finance.

· 6-7 years of relevant experience. Exposure to full spectrum of deal cycle (investments, asset management and exits)

· Fund Admin serving institutional investors (ideally fund size advised > USD 500Mn+)

· Handling F&A functions for JV platforms, club-structure investment platforms highly valued

· Proficiency in Excel, specifically in preparing well structure financial models

· Capability to prepare high quality presentations using PowerPoint

· Investor/Sponsor JV documents (Shareholders Agreement, Investment Management Agreement, Investment Advisory Agreement)

· Exposure to real estate sector in India would be advantageous

· Working knowledge of underwriting and valuation

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participate in the annual performance and rewards cycle including performance appraisals, salary increments, promotions and bonus payments

The Asian Civilisations Museum is the only museum in the region devoted to exploring the rich artistic heritage of Asia, especially the ancestral cultures of Singaporeans. Opened in 1997 and in its present building by the Singapore River since 2003, the museum traces its roots to the Raffles Museum, founded in the middle of 19th century. Asian Civilisation Museum manages the Peranakan Museum. Curators develop and manage the collections and exhibitions of the museum. They collect, research, interpret, and make the collections accessible to the public through exhibitions and interpretive displays. Responsibilities

– Work collaboratively with ACM-TPM curatorial team in conceptualising and developing storylines and themes for permanent galleries and special exhibitions related to Design, especially product design and fashion.

– Work collaboratively with collection managers, conservators, designers, and related parties to set up and project manage exhibitions

– Provide administrative support for curatorial activities and manage curatorial projects, including academic conferences and community consultations

• For Curator, familiarity with the principal industry partners, artisans and craftsmen in Singapore/Southeast Asia/Asia preferred.
