• A well-recognised university degree in the areas of finance, business, actuarial science or applied finance.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experipence in financial analysis function, preferably from corporate finance function in the private equity/investment firm or from real estate, asset/fund management industry.
• Strong MS Excel skills: able to analyse large datasets using Excel.
• Meticulous with details and accurate with numbers.
• Possess a strong analytical mind, results-oriented and enjoys working in a fast-paced work environment.
• Possess strong learning agility and an eagerness to pick up new challenges.
• Aptitude for constant improvement, learning, and managing changes and uncertainties.

Responsibilities

• Answering and directing phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
• Coordinating communication between internal teams and external partners.
• Greeting and assisting office visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
• Directing visitors to designated meeting areas and providing necessary information.
• Building and maintaining spreadsheets, presentations, and other documents for leadership staff.
• Assisting with data entry, record-keeping, and document organization.
• Applying for and renewing business licenses from relevant authorities.
• Keeping track of license expiration dates and ensuring timely renewals.
• Collaborating with team members on various projects as assigned.
• Managing and organizing project-related documentation.

Requirements

• Diploma and above
• At least 3 years of relevant experience

You will be an integral part of the team to provide nursing care to acute patients at the Nursing Home or Day Care Centre.

• Support and provide assistance to the Nursing staff in providing the residents with basic hygiene and personal care on a daily basis
• Assist in Bathing and Changing of Diaper
• Participates and facilitate in both on and off-site activities with the residents
• Support therapists/ psychologist with interventions for residents
• Maintains cleanliness and tidiness of resident’s environment
• Responsible for data collection of residents’ progress

Job Requirements:

• Singaporeans Only
• WSQ Certificate in Healthcare (Nursing Care), HMI or equivalent qualification
• Preferably with one year of relevant experience in Home Care / nursing home / community hospital / Hospital setting
• Able to work Morning or Afternoon Shift
• Monday to Friday
