• Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients
• Assist in month-end closing activities
• Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Send out invoices to SP and Tenant Management & Sinking Fund, electricity, late payment Interest, carpark charges and others
• 5.5 working days or 44 working hours per week

Broad Roles and Responsibilities:

• Coordination and scheduling of project activities in the key stages of data migration, system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT);
• Documentation of key discussions, follow up actions and preparing presentations for internal approvals;
• Performing data analysis, crunching, reconciliation and cleansing;
• SIT and UAT coordination with various Markets, follow through issues and re-test and closure;
• Completion of relevant change management documentation including training materials;
• Documentation of specific scenarios handling, learnings, etc. from SIT and UAT to be incorporated as part of users guides, for go-live readiness.

Requirements:

• Finance and Accountancy – Accounting standards, basic Finance processes; and/or
• Financial Planning and Analysis, Business Performance Analysis, Business Analytics; and/or
• Information Systems, Digital, Data & Analytics.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills in English (and Chinese for one of the interns)

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for driving E-marketplace sales for Singapore and other Southeast Asian countries.
• Account management of Casio Timepiece brands on key E-marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee, and Zalora) in Singapore.
• Coordinate efforts with the local enabler in Singapore, managing and optimizing the front-end operations for key E-marketplaces in Singapore.
• Responsible for being a catalyst of regional E-commerce strategy and leading acceleration of regional activities in collaboration with local country digital commerce managers in both Casio and key E-marketplaces.
• Work closely with both regional and local country digital commerce managers, align and drive regional Joint-Business Planning targets with E-marketplace platforms and ensure Consumer Journey to be flawless for Casio Timepiece customers on the platforms.
• Lead negotiations for yearly commercial terms, campaign packages, and bartering for onsite visibility with key E-commerce accounts.
• Work with Strategy & Planning Team to develop E-marketplace campaign calendars and subsequently coordinated efforts with relevant stakeholders for campaign execution.
• Work with Strategy & Planning Team to ensure various mechanics and product assortments between our casio.com and G-SHOCK offline stores do have conflict with each other to win on all channels.
• Work with a Digital Commerce Manager and the Marketing Team to maintain onsite operational excellence through campaign launch monitoring, ensure correct onsite promotion mechanics setup, utilization of platform marketing solutions to drive traffic to our stores in the platforms, and responsible for defining the optimum store design and layout.

Job Requirement

• Degree or diploma in Sales & Marketing or other relevant disciplines
• Strong knowledge in sales, digital marketing, digital customer experience, and eCommerce operations

Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree in Accounting with at least 2 years of experience in (Accounting Firm preferable), including keeping full sets of accounts and tax.

• Able to work under stress to meet tight reporting deadlines
