BROAD FUNCTION

The role of the Executive, Clinical Services, is to plan and support the development and implementation of clinical services and clinical programmes , as part of the functions of the Clinical Services Office. He/She will work closely with the Chairman, Medical Board, Deputy Director, Clinical Services, Clinical Heads, other staff members of Clinical Services, internal and external stakeholders.

The Executive will also have the opportunity to participate in other roles within the Clinical Services office for growth and development.

MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Specific

• Support the strategic development and implementation of clinical services and hospital-wide clinical programmes, including development of policies, guidelines, workflows and care paths.
• Monitor, collate and analyse data from the programmes to identify early trends and work with the programme lead to develop interventions if needed.
• Perform administrative duties relating to the clinical programmes, including secretariat duties, organising multi-disciplinary meetings and workgroups.
• Conduct audits, quality improvement and produce reports on the activities and performance of the programmes.
• Support hospital licensing activities including preparation of checklists and documents

General

• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Chairman, Medical Board and/or Deputy Director, Clinical Services.
• Support related Go-Live activities (e.g. full dress rehearsal) and hospital committees under the responsibility of Clinical Services and undertake its related work working with internal and external stakeholders.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• University Degree
• At least 2-3 years of related experience
• Experience in related areas (e.g. healthcare, clinical operations, clinical services, clinical coordinator, data analytics, audit, licensing) would be advantageous
• Able to multi-task and with good project management skills
• Able to communicate effectively at all levels with good interpersonal skills

Job Scope:

• Attend to all customers enquiries, disputes cases via email or phone call.
• Prepare, maintain and review proposals, procedures, tenders, and service agreements with customers.
• Liaise with shipping line, freight forwarders & vendors for quotation and services.
• Source and negotiate for competitive price-structures.
• Inventory management, and prepare daily container inventory report.
• Liaise with various parties on purchasing, disposing, and leasing of containers.
• Preparation of full set shipping documentation for FCL/LCL Sea freight shipments & local handling services.
• Execution of documents using the Company’s SAP System.
• Monitor and arrange payment requisitions in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Min. 1 year of experience in Sea Freight.
• Knowledge in NVOCC will be advantageous.
• Proficient in SAP.
