Assistant Director of Sales is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing and managing the hotel's sales team and activities. This position plays a crucial role in driving revenue, establishing strong client relationships, and ensuring the hotel meets its sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy:
Ā· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to ensure revenue objectives and KPIs are achieved

Team Leadership:

Client Relationship Management:

Revenue Management:
Ā· Analyze market trends and competitor activities to optimize pricing strategies.

Sales Collateral and Communication:
