· Diploma/Degree in Information Technology or equivalent

· Must have minimum 3-5 years of working experience as ICT administrator and AV Specialist

· Must have experience in technical troubleshooting of ICT equipment including PC/Laptop/IPads

· Minimum 2 years of experience in setup, operation and management of AV equipment’s

· Experience in Education/School Industry is Mandatory

· Excellent written and verbal communications skills
