Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and proven Account Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing customer relationships, acting as an IT advisor, and driving business growth through the development of opportunities within your assigned accounts. Your primary responsibilities will include independently handling customers, collaborating with them to create IT roadmaps, and building a strong sales pipeline to meet and exceed sales quotas.
Responsibilities:
· Independently manage and nurture customer accounts, building strong relationships based on trust and providing exceptional service.
· Act as a trusted IT advisor to customers, understanding their business needs and aligning them with appropriate IT solutions.
· Collaborate with customers to develop IT roadmaps, outlining their technology requirements and strategies for future growth.
· Proactively identify and develop sales opportunities within your assigned accounts, leveraging your strong understanding of the customers' businesses.
· Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
· Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and developments, continuously expanding your knowledge and effectively applying it to customer engagements.
· Deliver high-quality work and solutions to customers, ensuring reliability and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
· Proven track record as an Account Manager within an IT System Integrator company.
· Ability to independently handle customers and build strong, long-lasting relationships.
· Strong experience in acting as an IT advisor, understanding customers' businesses, and developing IT roadmaps.
· Demonstrated ability to identify and develop sales opportunities, resulting in the achievement of sales quotas.
