Responsibilities:

• Develop technical studies towards the implementation of processes in the plant, evaluating plant capacity, process conditions, and other variables which can affect the process.
• Manage the utilities function including tracking, reporting, allocation, etc.
• Monitor the usage and performance of facilities, productions, including planning for necessary improvement toward carbon footprint reduction.
• Lead reporting towards various statutory requirement from government agencies and equivalent. i.e. Energy Use Report, Carbon Pricing Act, Energy Efficient Opportunity Assessment & Energy Management System.
• Participate in sustainability-related activities, certifications and accreditations
• Support meeting regulatory compliance other sustainability-related issues.
• Internal & external reporting of carbon footprint, sustainability goals & targets.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Background Certified Energy Manager is preferred
• At least 2-3 years of engineering experience in related field
• Experience in operations, maintenance, engineering of HVAC, lighting, M&E systems and project management of energy and carbon efficiency programs will be advantageous.

Reporting to:

Primary functions and responsibilities:

· Prepare communications material including press releases, SGX announcements, presentations to investors and corporate credential.

· Prepare supporting materials and market research for senior management for presentations to the Board of Directors, media interviews, investor relations meetings, etc.

· Assist in managing investor relations functions, focusing on marketing and communications to institutional investors, brokers, analysts and industry bodies including communication of transactions and financial results.

· Provide support in organizing media/analyst briefings and annual general meetings including preparation of all related documentation/presentation materials.

· Assist all media/investors/unit holders inquiries and requests, and to respond to these inquiries/requests in a timely manner.

· Assist in managing relationships with the media and analyst community including key analysts and institutional and retail investors.

· Research, track, analyse and summarize earnings estimates, analyst reports and compilation of analyst financial models for benchmarking.

· Manage Company website and content updating.

· Assist in providing energy and sustainability statistics and reports.

· Conduct desktop research on market and industry trends, including ESG regulations, reporting trends, decarbonisation efforts, ESG technology and tools, and ESG investment practices.

Requirements :

· Degree holder, preferably in Mass Communications/ Journalism, English, Economics or Business Management or equivalent.

· Minimum 4 years relevant experience in corporate communications and investor relations.

· News sense and knowledgeable in traditional as well as new media.

· Experience in annual report, press release preparation, sustainability reporting and ESG.

· Understanding of financial markets, economic developments and financial analysis.

· Strong written, communications and interpersonal skills.

· Independent, self-motivated, organized and detail minded.

· Good project management skill, able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines.

· Experience working in SGX listed companies and REIT environment preferred.
