We are inviting applicants for the position of Senior Research Assistant to work on projects at the intersection of artificial intelligence and architecture. The successful candidate will work with researchers from other domains to implement deep learning models with spatial and geometric datasets across the design scales of products, buildings and cities.

Requirements:

· Proficient programming skills.

· Good interdisciplinary approach in working with 3D real-world datasets.

· Strong design knowledge in architecture, and urban planning.

· Experience with deep learning frameworks

The candidate should hold a Masters in computer science, AI, data science, architecture or other related field.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day operation of the Finance Department
• Assist in cash flow management
• Handle full set of accounts
• Review AP, AL entries
• Review and approve the AP payments and staff reimbursements
• Prepare timely monthly management reports
• Review quarterly GST filing preparation and file GST
• Prepare tax schedules for certain GL accounts
• Prepare audit schedules for certain balance sheet accounts
• Liaison with external auditor on annual audit
• Liaison with insurance agent for annual insurance
• Prepare Financial statements
• Assist in General Office Administration and Provide support to HR and Admin Department
• Payroll administration (include monthly submission of CPF, SDL, funds) , tax clearance IR21 , IR8A
• Administer staff benefits and welfare
• Hiring and Recruitment (when necessary)
• Familiar with WPOL, EPOL submission

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Related field with relevant work experience
• 3 to 4 years of working experience in related field
