• Prepare and present comprehensive annual operating budgets with year on year revenue growth for management approval and manage organisation’ resources within budget guidelines and to set policies in accordance with China's laws and regulations.

• Manage and control all operational budgets to ensure all the resources required to meet its objectives within agreed financial parameters and to maintain the financial strength.

• Oversee and control all internal operational employees to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and trained and carry out their responsibilities to the required standard.

Qualifications & Experience

• Candidate must possess at least Professional Degree, Master’s Degree, Masters of Business Administration

• Must have around 10+ years of working experience, with at least 5 years of experience in China

Responsibilities

• Support the Supply Chain BCA process within designated regions
• Write BCA summaries to ensure that the risks and rewards of the project have been appropriately assessed and represented
• To make recommendations on whether the proposed BCA should be Approved, Rejected or Deferred to the regional PRBs
• Maintain the BCA database (ensure all necessary approvals for a BCA are in place, project pipeline is up to date, access rights implemented, etc.)

Job Description:

• To be the key person in Risk applications Software/Hardware installations needed for new projects (eg GSOC), Tech Refresh, Patching, Performance tuning, DR testing and all other infra structure related activities.
• Develop, review and update technical delivery project plans, runbooks and manage the required resources, budgets and time-frames.

Key Requirements:

• Technical Development/Delivery Manager with more than 6 years of relevant experience in financial services industry, and preferably have managed teams
• Strong Technical & hands-on experience/knowledge in the infra/connections/network and can engage our infra team to build new servers/connectivity as part of key deliverables in SDLC/Agile methodologies
• In depth experience in operating systems (Unix, Linux, Windows) & Middleware (Weblogic, MQ, IIS, WebSphere, Tomcat, Connect Direct, SFTP)
• Strong knowledge on server hardware in VM and Physical server environments & Application Infrastructure Service Delivery.
