Summary of the Role:

The Project Manager in the cybersecurity team will be responsible for the successful implementation of ICT infrastructure/ Cyber-security projects from contract award to system commissioning and/or service support and maintenance.

He/She will lead an implementation team comprising engineers with different technological and domain skills-set to ensure effective and efficient implementation of projects to meet the contractual requirements. Duties & Responsibilities:

Project Management

• Lead, plan and manage assigned projects within the business group, in accordance with organizational and project goals, such as budget, timelines and quality, to ensure successful achievement of project objectives and deliverables.
• Act as the single point of contact for entire scope of activities for the designated account in the areas of Cyber Security System and Services, system infrastructure, implementation, network architecture, security policies enhancement, security patching and risk mitigation, security incidents/audits and as well operation support and system maintenance.
• Adapt and implement the Company’s project methodologies, processes, documentation tools and measurements in relation to project management.
• Plan, coordinate and prepare implementation strategies to meet key project milestones such as delivery, tests and payment milestones.

He/she will be reporting directly to the Senior Director & Financial Controller, Asia Pacific in Hong Kong with the following responsibilities & requirements:

Responsibilities:

• In collaboration with the Global marketing and supply chain teams, the Manager defines and implements the company’s sourcing strategy across assigned categories for Asia (non-India and non-Greater China, not including China, HK, Macau andTaiwan) supply base
• Identify, source and develop new vendors and products in the region
• The Manager needs to build from the scratch for the start-up. Monitor day to day operation including supplier management, product development, quote sheets, sample verification, payment terms negotiation, on time shipment & quality assurance
• This role directly supervises a team of product specialists/quality inspectors/supply chain planner across the assigned categories after building the substantial level of sourcing base and revenue
• Manage the product cost negotiations with vendors and identify cost savings initiatives
• Evaluate vendor performance and optimize the vendor matrix

Experience and Qualifications:

· Bachelor degree in a business, marketing or engineering

· At least 8 years of experience in Sourcing or Product Management roles, previous experience in a buying office preferred

· Experience in the cutting & safety categories (especially with disposable medical supply for First Aid) is preferred

· Strong product knowledge on disposable medical supply is preferred

· Strong trade record in Asia sourcing (not including China) especially in ASEAN countries

· Strong knowledge in supporting North America & European retailers orders requirements

· Strong factory base and knowledge of manufacturing

· Good track record on sourcing, price negotiation, ability to deliver the results to achieve required yearly cost savings objectives, proven track record of cost reduction

• Ensure that the restaurant operates in compliance with the Operating Level Program Standards, local authorities and MOE’s regulation. Enforce the in-house housekeeping and cleaning schedule.

Within this, CARE is implementing the “Assessment of Fall Risk and Fracture: Targeted Assessment and Recruitment of Geriatrics for Effective fall prevention Treatments” (TARGET) study, that aims to develop novel, scalable solutions for screening and assessing the risk of falls among older adults in Singapore. The study involves a baseline survey and home-based as well as clinic-based assessments among a national cohort of older adults, coupled with short quarterly follow-up interviews that collect data on falls post-baseline. We seek to hire a Research Fellow/Senior Research Fellow to join the project.

The successful candidate will perform a variety of research activities including but not limited to the following:

• Undertake quantitative research using the TARGET study data, and write academic manuscripts for publication in high-impact scientific journals.
• Contribute to project progress reports and submissions to funding agencies and international collaborators.
