Job Description:

• Responsible for maximising total return for the portfolio of properties assigned, including working with the property management & leasing department to improve occupancy, revenue (rental and other income) and reduce costs.

The Client Management Specialist is the sole point of contact representing the organisation in managing the assigned Principal Accounts by providing post-sales support and / or performing warehouse / operational tasks in fulfilling customer needs.
