The ideal candidate shall possess the following

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field

· At least 5 years of project experience in project management, with a focus on IT or software development projects. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred

· Preferably be a Certified IT Project Manager, Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Information Technology Project Manager (CITPM), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or similar certification is desirable

· Knowledge of software development lifecycle, Familiar with both waterfall and agile software development framework would be advantageous

· Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary shall commensurate with experience and qualification

- Formulate project budgets, qualifications and develop contractor and/or vendor RFP documents (scope narratives, schedules, etc), lead job walks and selection/award review meetings

- Monitor contractors' work for compliance with schedule, budget, quality, and overall conforomance with the contract documents

- Attend progress meetings, develop status reports, and deliver presentations, as required.

- Coodinates activities with other staff, departments, and public agencies

- Bidding contracts and manaing consultants including architects, engineers, contractor, permit expeditors

- Assist Design in coordinating subconsultant disciplines, and lead design-assist involvement and establish design-to-budget-parameters with multiple trades from preconstruction, and through the buy-out of those trades

- Provide value engineering assessment of alternative design solutions including inital cost, schedule implications and constructability issues

- Manage or oversee cost control measures, including allowances, contingencies, cost-to-complete logs, change order requests, and invoicing.

Job Scope:

Reception:

Handle telephone calls.

Manage the counter – attending to all students, parents and walk-in visitors’ queries.

Attend to goods delivery on behalf of staff.

General Admin:

Assist in managing the sick bay by attending to unwell and injuredstudents.

Attend to students leaving school early.

Handle lost and found money and items.

Assist in admin duties such as data entry, faxing etc.

Packing and dissemination of brochures, forms and information booklets.

To maintain tidiness of the reception area and sick bay.

Any other duties assigned when required.

Requirements:

Qualification:

Minimally have GCE ‘O’ level certification or the equivalent of ESS Career Readiness Certificate (Operations).

Should preferably have a valid First Aid with Cardio-Pulmonary

Resuscitation (CPR) and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) certification as of ITQ closing date. All overseas first-aid license shall be validated by the National Resuscitation and First Aid Council. Applicants shall complete the validation on their own and submit the approval when they bid for jobs in schools.

Experience:

At least 1 year of relevant work experience in reception work and/or general admin.

Must have the knowledge and ability in using basic Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

Must be able to converse in English and Mandarin due to the school being a Special Assistance Plan (SAP) school.

Should preferably have prior relevant experience working in Primary schools.

Contract Period: From 1 Jul 2024 to 30 Jun 2025 (exclude Dec 2024 & Jun 2025)

Location: Bartley Road

Salary: $2400/month

Working Arrangement:

Mondays to Fridays: 9:00am to 5:00pm, inclusive of 45 minutes lunch break

Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public
holidays.
